Who we are?
We are 3D – Lasertec, s.r.o., a modern manufacturing company specializing in precision metal production and energy technologies.
We produce top-quality components tailored to the specific requirements of our customers from the automotive, food, and engineering industries — from prototypes to series production.
Our design engineers use modern CAD systems and 3D printing, enabling us to rapidly develop and manufacture components, prototypes, and plastic parts for pilot or validation series.
In production, we use the latest 2D and 3D laser technologies, allowing for high-precision cutting of sheets and profiles of various formats and materials.
We produce more than 70% of our energy from our own solar panels installed on rooftops and open areas.
Installed PV capacity: 2,200 kWp
Battery storage: 5,016 kWh – ensuring a stable energy supply even during night shifts
Daily energy consumption: 7,000–8,000 kWh
The remaining 30% of energy is purchased at low prices on the spot market.

In addition to traditional metal production, we focus on the development and manufacturing of battery and charging solutions that combine cutting-edge expertise with practical industrial applications.
Together with our partners within the group, we manufacture:
Battery Storage 241 kWh – a modular system suitable for industrial and logistics applications
Complete battery systems with integrated inverter (PCS) and cooling
Battery Storage Charger (BSC) – a unique charging system combining our battery modules, switchboards, and Alpitronic hyperchargers.
This collaboration delivers a solution that enables fast DC vehicle charging without the need for a large transformer station.
International Cooperation
One of 3D Lasertec’s key partners is the Italian company Alpitronic, a European leader in ultra-fast DC charging.
For Alpitronic, we manufacture complete structures and metal components for Hyperchargers – from precise laser cutting, through bending and robotic welding, to final assembly.
Thanks to this collaboration, we have become part of Europe’s top tier in modern e-mobility component manufacturing and gained access to continuous technological innovations.
